Enrollment Procedures


STEP 1: PROCEED TO THE ADMISSIONS OFFICE

  • Present CAT Acceptance Letter and other required documents
  • Secure your Student Number and Student Information Sheet

STEP 2: PROCEED TO THE REGISTRAR’S OFFICE

  • Submit all documents for evaluation
  • Secure your Schedule and Assessment Form (SAF)

STEP 3: PROCEED TO THE ACCOUNTING OFFICE

  • Have your fees assessed and pay at the Cashier
  • BE sure to get your Official Receipt

STEP 4: RETURN TO THE REGISTRAR’S OFFICE

  • Present your Official Receipt to claim your Certificate of Registration (COR)
  • Have your photo taken for your Student Identification Card (ID)
  • Return to the Admissions Office for final enrollment verification

STEP 5: PROCEED TO THE STUDENT AFFAIRS OFFICE

  • Undergo interview with the Guidance Counselor
  • Have your measurement taken for the uniform
  • Get your medical recommendation
