TOPCIT is a nationwide examination that assesses skills and competencies in various areas of computing and information technology, with the participation of thousands of students from various HEIs in the country. It is facilitated by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) in partnership with the Institute for Information & Communication Technology Planning & Evaluation (IITP) of the Government of the Republic of South Korea.
