We’re proud to share the latest publication from the FEU Tech Innovation Center’s Research Faculty, Engr. Ian Benitez!
The paper, titled “A Comprehensive Review of Machine Learning Applications in Forecasting Solar PV and Wind Turbine Power Output,” explores how machine learning (ML) can be leveraged to improve the accuracy of forecasting solar photovoltaic (SPVPO) and wind turbine power output (WTPO), both crucial for managing the variability of renewable energy sources.
This timely and impactful research was conducted in collaboration with Dr. Jai Govind Singh, Associate Professor and Head of the Energy and Climate Change Department at the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand.
