Student Discipline Unit
The Discipline Unit (DU) maintains and promotes a peaceful, orderly, disciplined, safe, and healthy school environment. It impartially implements and imposes the policies, rules and regulations stipulated in this Student Handbook. The Discipline Unit is the sole repository of all lost and found items in the College.

Student Conduct and Policy Administration
The office oversees the implementation of the school's policies and regulations, including:
- Student Code of Conduct (Rights, Responsibilities, and Expected Behavior)
- Classification of Offenses (Minor and Major Violations)
- Receipt and Processing of Student Complaints and Reports
- Conduct of Administrative Investigations and Proceedings
- Recommendation and Implementation of Appropriate Disciplinary Measures
- Endorsement and Referral of Complaints Involving School Personnel to the Appropriate Office

Student Safety and Security Coordination
The office works closely with the Security Department and other relevant offices to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all students through:
- Incident Reporting and Response Coordination
- Student Protection and Welfare Support

Lost & Found
The office manages lost and recovered items within the campus by providing:
- Reporting of Lost Items
- Safekeeping of Recovered Belongings
- Verification and Release of Found Items

Issuance of Certificate of Good Moral Character
The office facilitates the evaluation and issuance of Certificates of Good Moral Character for students and alumni who require the document for academic, professional, scholarship, employment, or other legitimate purposes.
